Private Ownership Colonial period Mixed use
This simple colonial structure occupies two storeys. The ground floor is thoroughly commercial and has a number of shops. The upper storey has a large balcony supported on stone brackets. The balcony has ms railings and simple timber framing. Of particular note are the eaves which feature a lower row of glass panes and an upper row of louveredpanels. Small metallic brackets support GI sheet chajjas . The balcony has anumber of semicircular arched doorways with flat lintel doors and sealed fanlights. The terrace and the barsaati are reconstructed structures
