Private Ownership Colonial period Post Office
This is a simple building occupying four storeys. It is largely renovated. The ground floor has a number of shops. The first floor retains a large balcony supported on simple stone brackets. The balcony has ms railings and plain timber posts. It also retains slatted eavesboards and a G.I sheet chajja . This level also has some semicircular arched openings with timber doors and fanlights. Interestingly, the chajja is directly superseded by another row of stone brackets, supporting the balcony of the second floor ?The remaining structure is a recent construction?
