Private Ownership Colonial period Residential complex
This colonial period structure occupies three storeys, the top one consisting of recent encroachments on the terrace. It features a large shaded otla with columns supporting a projecting balcony on the first floor. The main entrance is a semicircular arched opening set in the profile of an elaborate pointed arch. It is flanked by twin pilasters and has floral apexes on both the semicircular and pointed arch profiles. The spandrel has elliptical medallions. To its side is a tibari of semicircular arched doorways with flat lintel timber panel doors and latticed sandstone fanlights. They are flanked by slender pilasters. The arch edges are moulded while the spandrels feature simple medallions and floral apexes. Each doorway is framed in a moulded profile. The upper storey has a deep balcony with extensive ironwork railings, timber framing and slatted eaves. The slab is faced with ceramic tiles, and the balcony has several semicircular arched doors with fanlights. The terrace retains a simple parapet with stucco lattices?
