939, Kucha Pati Ram KP-10 | G-13 MCD No. 1(B)/110 Grade II | MCD Notified | Private Ownership Colonial Period (Early 1920s) Residential complex
This ornate colonial building occupies three storeys and is in a fair state of preservation. it is marked by its extensives use of cornicing, columns and even pediments. The three storeys feature five flat arch openings - two edge openings, and a tibari in the centre. On the ground floor, the openings are superceded by latticed ventilators set in segmented arch openings. On the first floor, openings have a short, portruding balcony with urn like pendentives, simple MS railing with a bulging profile, flanking doric pilasters and pediments above. The top storey balcony has curved segments. The central tibari at this level has stucco semicircular arched reliefs. The terrace has large stucco urns on the posts, as well as a central arched pediment spanning the tibari. The pediment is faced with stucco mouldings and inscriptions ?
