This is a large mixed use complex occupying four storeys. The ground floor has a number of shops, and is largely renovated. The friezes here, wherever visible, reveal regular panels flanked by twin pilasters. These panels have an ornamental stucco frame, styled with floral vines. At the centre of the frame are bulging ventilating jalis. The upper storey is supported on a row of stone brackets. Both the first and second floors retain extensive balcony framing systems. These have ironwork railings, timber posts and GI sheet chajjas with MS serpentine rod brackets. The top floor is a new construction ?
