Description
Private Ownership Colonial period Mixed use
This dilapidated structure occupies three storeys, the uppermost of which is a new construction. The ground floor has largely been reconstructed but retains a frieze of floral motifs in stucco and flat grooved pilasters. The upper storey balcony is supported on a row of stone brackets. The balconies themselves retain the original ironwork railings, timber posts and louvred eaves-boards. They have Gi sheet chajja s with MS serpentine brackets. Some sections of the original ornamental parapet are still visible, along with the stucco cornice?
