This large four storey building is a well preserved colonial structure. it retains a large street porch with a completely commercial ground floor. The first floor has a partly covered balcony which wraps around the building. The second floor has a large terrace that wraps around the side and rear of the structure. This level retains a balcony with stone jali railing interspersed with stucco posts. The facade here has a number of doors with lintels set in false semicircular arches, and separated by circular pilasters. The top floor has a large central open space, and has an undulating balcony profile with ironwork railings, timber posts and louvred eaves-boards. The terrace has a stucco lattice parapet. The sides and rears of the building retain regular balcony systems with timber posts, ironwork railings and louvred eaves-boards, along with a simple semicircular arched gateway on the ground floor?
