Public Ownership Colonial period Mixed-use
This large and simple structure occupies two stories. The ground floor is completely commercial and has several shuttered openings. It has a large central gateway. The archway is flanked by cylindrical pilasters and has a moulded edge. The apex has a floral motif voussoir, and the spandrels have floral medallions. A narrow frieze has floral motif mouldings. A secondary doorway to the side has a lintel opening set in a pointed arch profile. It has flower shaped ventilator above the lintel. The upper storey has a large balcony, the edge of which stucco mouldings. The balcony has MS railings, timber posts and slatted eavesboards. This level has lintel doorways with timber shutters. The terrace has a moulded parapet
