Private Ownership Colonial period Mixed-use
This three storey structure is used for both residential and commercial purposes, and has been considerably renovated. The ground floor has a simple opening framed by flat pilasters. The frieze retains several stucco ornaments. These consist of arched profiles with floral stucco mouldings, often with oval panels on the spandrels. They are placed on both sides of a narrower central ornament with more intricate mouldings and a simple jali. This level has a number of shops The first floor has a number of lintel openings, most of which have been sealed. Each door retains an overhead slab with semi-octagonal profiles and stucco work. Three such slabs each are flanked on both sides of an ornamental slab
