A dilapidated colonial period structure, this building retained several shops on the ground floor, along with cast iron columns and metal sheet eaves. The upper storey was in a very deterioratingstate with remains of ornate glass pane patterns. The second storey had areceding terrace and several lintel doorways with overhead ventilators.
