1724, Nai Basti, Naya Bazaar, Delhi-6 KB-109 | C-6 Grade III | Unprotected | Private Ownership Early Colonial period Mixed-use
Formerly a haveli, this building is now extensively subdivided and in decay. It has a courtyard plan, with the courtyard now being sealed and constructed over. Of particular note is its extensive balcony system, probably the best preserved in the area. It is supported on a row of stone brackets and features MS grill railings and simple timber posts. MS rods form the window grilling and timber slats are used as the fascia board. Much of the remaining structure is either in severe state of dilapidation or reconstructed
