Description
Private Ownership Colonial period Mixed use building
This three-storey building is now subdivided among several facilities. On its ground floor, it retains a series of semicircular arched openings and a pointed arch doorway with a MS grill fanlight. A row of simple stone brackets supports the first floor balcony. The balcony is composed of simple MS railings and timber posts, and feature timber slat eavesboards with an arched profile. There is a GI sheet Chajja over the balcony with a metal eaves trim. The upper storey is a new construction
