Private Ownership Colonial period Mixed use
This is a large structure used as a commercial and residential complex and has stucco detailing on its facade. Like other Mori Gate buildings, the ground floor features large openings with flat arches and banded patterns in stucco. The upper floors have ironwork railings and feature a number of openings set in false jack arches and flanked by cylindrical pilasters with banded shafts. The ornamental parapet has a series of protruding balconettes?
