Private Ownership Colonial period Commercial complex
Largely reconstructed, this three storey mansion retains several stucco features from the Colonial period. The structure is centered around a narrow entrance, surmounted by two balconies. The first Floor balcony has a stucco lattice railing which is intact. Both balconies are framed by Flat pilasters and have large stone chajjas. The chajjas are embellished with stucco ornaments and have simple single loop brackets. The upper storey balcony railing has remains of stucco moulding and moreelaborate pilasters with floral capitals. The parapet retains some stucco segments. Elsewhere, the facade retains little original features apart from pilasters and chajjas
