This simple colonial structure is typical of the Daryaganj precinct. The building has been divided into two, and only one half retains original historic details. Its ground floor has a large porch supported on stucco faced columns. The porch has stucco lattice eaves, and a number of segmented and pointed arched openings with ventilators. The upper storey has a large terrace with stucco lattice railings. Similar railings can be seen on the terrace parapet
