This is a simple colonial structure occupying three storeys, and is largely renovated. Its ground floor is occupied by shops. The first floor has a projecting balcony supported on simple stone brackets. It has timber posts, ironwork railings and timber slat eaves-boards. There are also a number of flat lintel doorways with simple MS grill ventilators. The top floor is a new addition?
